Why to vote Delhi government if not ping 1400 colonies to legalizes before of election? Think about it.?

Why should anyone LEGALISE the colonies which, to start with are ILLEGAL. if the government approves them the people who live in illegal colonies should be happy, but, i fail to understand, how the people can DEMAND to rutn something ILLEGAL into LEGAL/ one can only request for it and not demand it as a metter of right.
