Can i take dayquil/nitequil while being on antibiotics?

I went to the doctor today; i have a severe head cold, i'm dehydrated, i have high levels of protein, i'm very congested & i had a low grade fever... He prescribed me Amoxicillin and Cetrizine. Amoxicillan is a antibiotic and i believe Cetrizine is a decongestant.. I took dayquil early to clear up my nose and to help with my headache, & i just took a does of Nitequil to help me sleep... is that going to counteract with my antibiotics
