Boy Questions?!?!?! please answerrr?

me and this guy have known eachother since kindergarden. We we're best friends in 6th grade and now were in 7th grade now and were not friends, but im best friends wit his sis in 8th grade. I go to her house everday and he ONLY anoys me when i come over, not any of her other friends. and she goes like "go away! shes not ur friend anymore!" and he stays anyway and allways try's to impress me by being funny. and says "YEA shes my friend! she was my friend first! we're friends right?" and he always looks away when he stares at me and i notice him. and when were playing this game, theres like penalties and everytime his sister does something wrong, he doesnt let it slide once, but for me he goes like "Oh, its ok, we'l restart." and we were watching a movie and he kept trying to scare mecuz it was a horror movie, and no one ever gets that disracted from a movie for one person. and he always talks to me all the time while staring right at me. and his sister and her friend always say that he does like me, and it seems like he does but im not too sure. because he likes to tease me ALOT and he called me a man, I said do u really think that and he looks at me and says "No, of-course not!" sincerely. and i was saying zac efron was hot and he goes like "no!" when usually he wouldnt even say anything to that, does he like me?!?
