Question for fellow evangelical Christians?

There is something that confuses me. If I am to rid my mind of all licentious and lascivious thoughts and bring every thought under subjection to Christ, how am I supposed to enjoy intimacy with my husband, if it requires such thoughts? Doesn't Genesis 3:16 say that my DESIRE shall be for my husband? That seems to imply that I'm allowed to have desire for my husband. What do you think? (Yes, I have prayed about this).
