Why did my dashbord gauges stop working?

I have a 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan SE, 168,830 miles, front wheel drive, runs like a champ. The temp gauge, rpm gauge, speedometer, and gear indicator stopped working, with all gears illuminated. The fuel gauge still works. Please help.
