I need an actual direction in life.?

i was looking into landscape Designer, florist, graphic Designer, and falcon trainer/ breeder, or dog trainer or breeder. i want something that's going to be a sure shot, i don't want to go to school for this stuff and not be able to get a job what do you guys think?
