I have 20 dollars to spend on knives up to 21cm what's the best deal I can get?

I looked around in places such as: Deal Extreme, Ebay, and amazon. But I'm not expert in knives. I'm looking for something that has a relatively good build, easy to sharpen, and won't get dull fast.
