How long does it take for sperm to build up after ejacualtion when TTC?

Unless your partner has a low sperm count you don't need to worry about this. The only reason to wait a few days or go every other day is to allow sperm count to build up IF there is an issue with it. Otherwise daily is absolutely fine.
