Does a Q/A format provide you a better platform for pursuing your own philosophical thoughts?

I think this has helped me immensely. Those other things may have helped too if I ever participated in those things. I tried talking with my friends about this stuff but they were not interested. So I talk to my mother and a few other folks but mostly people just want me to shut up it seems. There are more important things going on, football, shopping at the mall, Oprah. When people have those distractions they have a hard time listening to a nut like me drone on and on. So intellectually I am pretty unfulfilled. I come here and am appreciative but this is not enough for me. I like debate, I like arguing, I like getting loud. But no one I have met cares to do that with me. So I sit here in my office nice and quiet and type. Just now someone asked me what was for lunch lol. This is my life Jack P. 31 yo grad student with a bunch of kids, an angry woman, and no friends. Ha ha ha ha ha!
