How much would it cost to build a motorcycle?

After I get out of the Military I would like to attend wyotech to learn how to build bikes. So say i new how to build bikes. How much would it cost to buy all the parts of a bike. A bike like the triumph t100. Then how much would it cost to buy the tools I would need to build the Bike. Do they make kits for standard bikes? Thank you for your time.
