What would happen if i lit a propane torch with a match?

It'll light if you do it right, and there would be no danger of it blowing up. You'd have to open the valve to allow about a 50% flow of propane, light the match, then bring it toward the torch slowly. If you have the valve open all the way it may not light because the movement of the gas (and the air vacuum effect it creates) may blow the match out.
