I think The Dark Knight is an overrated movie,don't you agree?

I watched it second time today to see if I had missed something first time I watch but nothing special..don't get me wrong it s a good movie and heath ledger was great , we know that but why the hell some people say "one of the best movie ever" or "a masterpiece"..I think people who say like that, didn't watch movies enough , only 50-100 movies seen in his/her lifetime..my what do you think about that?for me it's 7/10
