How long will this ear infection last?

Have been having sinusitis problems off and on for a few months. On Sunday the 13th, I woke up around 2 am with severe pain in right ear. Nothing I did could ease the pain. Having no health insurance whatsoever, I decided the emergency room, urgent care or even a doctor would cost too much. I went to a minute clinic where they diagnosed me with acute sinusitis, acute bronchitis, and an inner ear infection. Started me on amoxicillin right away. Took my first dose sunday morning and continued from there. Now it is friday and I am still feeling like there is something going on. I don't have enough money to go back to see a doctor. I still feel pressure in the ear and an acute loss of hearing. I am a dog groomer and cannot be off work for a full week. I have been drinking plenty of water and OJ and taking tylenol every six hours. I want to get rid of this pressure in the ear. I am also a cyclist and have been out of training for almost a week. I need to get back on the bike due to a major event next month. Any suggestions on how I can release the pressure and get back on the bike? Thank you for all your answers.
